Chef Taylor is joining us from Six Nations of the Grand River, and we’ve been chatting ideas and swapping recipes around wild ingredients and land-focused cooking for a while now.
Expect fires to light your way to the camp, a toasty, crackling wood burning stove inside, platters of food on wooden boards, bites to excite you, entrees to fill you, magnums of wine from Ontario winery Pearl Morrisette served by our amazing front of house, and more. 🔥 Bring more than your appetite, as this will be an experience to remember!
