Seven courses. Each one celebrating exceptional ingredients from the lakes, rivers, forests, fields and farms of Manitoulin and elevated by Executive Chef Kevin Hemstreet through refined techniques and flavours inspired by around the world. We’ll share the stories of the farmers, fishers, foragers, growers and producers behind what’s on your plate. There will be thoughtfully curated non-alcoholic beverages. There will be live music. There will be food you won’t find on our regular menu. And there will only be 20 of you around the table each evening. $199/person — choose your evening $175/person Flexible Harvest Rate — let us choose your evening and save. Parties purchased together stay together. Just 80 seats across all four evenings. Reservations are officially open.
