The Manitowaning Summerfest 2026, hosted by the Southeast Manitoulin Lions Club.  

The Southeast Manitoulin Lions Summerfest takes place July 17 to July 19, 2026, in Manitowaning, Ontario. The weekend features an ’80s-themed parade, live music from the band Stage Coach, a demolition derby, truck pulls, yard sales, and a family glow dance. 

T his vibrant community festival offers a weekend filled with family-friendly activities, live entertainment, and local traditions.

Friday, July 17
  • Yard Sales (Knox United Church)
  • Slow-pitch softball games
  • Family Glow Dance
Saturday, July 18
  • 8:00 AM: Pancake Breakfast
  • Morning: Yard sales and vendor markets (inside and outside the arena)
  • 11:00 AM: ’80s-Themed Parade
  • 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Inflatables and dunk tank
  • Daytime: Ball hockey and slow-pitch tournaments
  • Evening: Truck Pulls
  • 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM: Party in the Pavilion/Arena Dance featuring the live band Stage Coach (with Rural Roots and Friends) [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Sunday, July 19
